If you’re a small business owner, you shouldn’t have to think about IT all the time. It should just work. American businesses are under attack. I’ve been involved in many ransomware incidents, often leading the recovery efforts. I've improved security postures with basic things such as updates and patches, password policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA) and more advanced things such as DNS filtering, EDR, and zero trust endpoint protection. I've designed, scoped, deployed, managed, and tested countless backup solutions that were often the “hail mary” for those ransomware incidents. I’ve done all of this for almost a decade, so I bring knowledge, experience, and wisdom to the table.

Whether you have a simple or advanced request, need desktop/server support, consulting, or custom web/app development, my rates are the same!
Service rate: $75 per hour
After-hours service rate: $150 per hour
Onsite service charge: $40 per visit
Critical assistance charge: $400 per incident*
Service rates are billed for one hour minimum and per hour thereafter. Onsite service charge covers a single visit to a business location within a 25 mile radius of Kannapolis. See my FAQ for examples!
I don’t want a monthly commitment. I don’t even want a retainer fee. But just like you get to interview me, I get to interview you! A good relationship is built on trust more than anything else in life, and trust goes both ways.
*All service requests and critical assistance requests are first-come-first-serve. Service requests defer to critical assistance requests. My clients understand and consent to this when they sign my Client Services Agreement.
